PEP\u2019s Governing Board <\/span>is responsible for<\/span> the organization\u2019s foresight, <\/span>oversight<\/span> and insight to guide the organization in achieving its mission to encourage transformation in program participants. PEP employs a working board model where Board members provide <\/span>expertise<\/span> and frequent interaction with PEP management to increase the management team\u2019s bandwidth. Additionally, Governing Board members provide ongoing financial support, <\/span>hire <\/span>PEP\u2019s <\/span>CEO<\/span> and set <\/span>the compensation<\/span>. Governing Board members<\/span> are not compensated for their service.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
